just saw this in another forum (thanks goes to NoSpam) and didn't find it mentioned here so..
if you are experiencing as an annoyment this double scrolling upgrade, when you click on the scroll bar after last IE6 critical update, you can fix it by replacing your current MSHTML.DLL (mine was 6.0.2800.1276 dated Oct 10 2003) for a previous version
download MSHTML.DLL 6.00.2716.2200 here if you can't find one otherwise: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mshtml
