Have you made the startup change too? If you don't make that change, it will crash.

What should I set as the First play RPG?
And I have deleted 1-18, do I have to re-number the remaining items to 1-x etc?

Try using the first technique.

"(JumpSS_VMGM) Jump to VideoManager Menu" and select "Title-Menu"

I'm not sure what you mean by that, but you shouldn't have to rename anything.

I've broken the structure of several DVD's by removing everything at the beginning, but was able to fix them by jumping to the Title Menu and jumping directly to Title 1, Chapter 1 of the movie from the play button.
