So, What's the best File or Folder Synchronization Utility?

I'm using the one included in winxp (for synch over network...) but I really don't like it

I'd like to know more about it too!

I have tried Folder Match but is is slow as hell over my network. It's been 34 hours and I still haven't been able to do a sync.

I never cared to find something better than the synchronizer included in Total Commander (formerly Windows Commander), which is my default windows filemanager since ages...
Total Commander is shareware, although you could also consider it as mildly annoying freeware- it has no expiration time, no locked features, and all you get when unregistered is a nagger screen at startup...
Probably the best windows application ever.

Can you automate the synch?

I've seen an office running Vice Versa and it seems to be quite good. It seems to have an automised sync capacity.
