File Recovery on network drive

Need some help here.

Is there any tool that can allow me to recover deleted file on the network drive.

I've accidentally delete a file which i want to recover back but i don't want to ask the system admin to restore from tape unless there is absolutely no other way.

im afraid there isnt much yuou can do to recover the file from the networked drive, you prob dont have access to the necessary network tools (or computer/server where the file resided on) to do so . . .

your sys admin *might* beable to recover it without having to restore from backup . . . either way - you'll have to go talk to your IT dept.
