File Protection is causing me problems

I think this problem has occured due to installing a keylogger which installs itself to the system32 folder. I know it was a stupid thing to do but i wanted to find out what my sister was saying on msn messenger.

Anyway everytime i boot up the pc and xp, a message box says something like:

Windows File Protection: Bad system files have been found and xp needs to install the original ones please insert your installation cd now and click retry. I do what it says but the same thing keeps happening. I downloaded a program to disable windows file protection but this doesn't stop it. I have also removed the keylogger. Still no luck

Any help would be appreciated just to get rid of this damn message box.

Thanks a load

andypa1 hey bro there is a way to find out what has been said in these messager type programs.
But one must have something like as in MSN Message Loggin enabled.
What this does is auto store conversations of that user in a known location in their profile. (I'm not telling you where)
Have you got Admin rights to the PC? This will teach you to spy on your sister... :D
