fastest dvd to vcd encoder

I am looking for the fastest dvd to vcd encoders, i am ready to sacrifice quality for speed,If i wanted quality i prefer chickenman's tutes, i am using WINCOPY DVD VER 3.5 the fastest i have seen,can chickenman or someone suggest the fastest software around.

The faster encoder i know is Main Concept and the quality is good.

Sorry but I have NEVER considered speed as a primary need for any conversions. Just follow my VCD Tute using DVD2SVCD but use CCE instead of TMPGenc. Result will be poor (similar to Main Concept !) but you will get it quick.

I don't consider Mainconcept's quality as "poor".
As with any encoding software, one must adjust the variables to get the desired output.
Mainconcept is definitely the fastest I have found, and I've tried some encoders that aren't even in English.

Reckon TMPGEnc with the motion search precision turned down is about as quick, if you use AVISynth to resize. QuEnc is also about on par speedwise with MainConcept.

No idea about the quality of any of the above, but I guess that doesn't matter.
