Ezcd 6

Hi

Anyone here got a chance to try out Easy CD Creator 6 ? If say so, I would like to know how it performs compares to Nero and Easy CD Creator 5. Also I would like to know if you can overburn with the new version.

Not worth the time...

Nor the effort, you aren't missing out on anything new...except for the SVCD support, still no Bin’s which is just stupid considering the price they need to since everyone else has supported bin's for awhile. Plus there are slew of bugs... (The file explorer / browser...removing files...and if you are running MacOpener, g'luck it might kill your ability to write to your iPod )

And no, no form what I can tell no overburning but I may have missed it, I will keep looking. If you must I would stay with ezcd 5, and the latest build of good old Nero.

plus in order to use the DVD part...you have to have a screen resoulution of 1024x768...which is bullshi*...600x800 can handle that cheapa** GUI that EasyCD wants to put on yeah...cant believe how better WinOnCD 6 DVD Edition...considering they are both Roxio...guess the WinOnCD Programmers make sure the lame EasyCD Staff stay locked out of the Programming Dept of WinOnCD

Knocks the spots clean off Nero, Nero is still not able to write a DVD properly. DVDXCOPY and DVD2One have dropped Nero as there engine because it kept f*****g up, they are now using Gear as their engine.

Easy CD 6 is brilliant, Roxio have really improved the software very stable, however a little slow. It will soon knock Nero off its perch if they dont soon do something about the DVD problem.

Just tried it- absolutely childish software and not really worth a penny.
You can compare it buggy Nero or any other software, buggy or not, if this one is really worth talking about, but EZCD Creator 5 is for sure several ages better than this one (and still trash).
And regarding WinOnCD 6, this is simply another bughouse- although certainly making much more sense than this ridiculous compilation, once the Cequadrat team will be able to iron the bugs (normally it takes them one year or so...).

I think Roxio is absolute crap! And I love Nero for everything I do. Who knows, maybe this guy works for Roxio. Lol!

????

Funny stuff I read about Roxios stuff. I have NEVER had an issue with their app so I'm not sure why everyone makes it out to be worse then it is. I like Nero myself and the Express part is nice for quick selection burning. I have not tried 6 out as much as Nero and the older Easy CD but I imagine it will be OK. Only thing I never liked about Easy CD is the handling of some ISO files. One time it didn't like the ISO I opened with it, instead of erroring and closeing out (which is part of what it did) it deleted the ISO. NICE I had to download the damn thing again. Other then that I never seen it crash on burning data

:D just my two cents I guess

Netman has just found some mates to staff his Roxio promotion legions. I believe that within a couple of years he will form almost one squad! :p

the worst thing for me is after encoding already to mpeg format,
it always re-encode the same thing which i need to wate a lot more time, asked the supporter and all they told me was there will not be anyway to stop EZCD6 to encode!
