Error hseek when using DVDshrink???

Several times I have received an error message of:

DVDShrink encountered an error and cannot continue this operation

hseek failed

The reason is: The handle is invalid
                 OK(radio button)

I have received this from several DVD's, so I know it is not just a particular one. It worked fine then all of a sudden started getting the error. Deleted and re-installed the app and it still happens.
Is this a conflict or something, I get it when trying to do a full disc backup, gonna try a movie-file only backup now and see if I get the message.

which version of dvdshrink ?

And you only using dvdshrink or using dvddecrpyt then loading image and opening image..

I get the error when I Use Dvd decrypter and rip the files. When I use Dvd shrink to rip the files and if I use windows explorer to open the disc and extract directly into a folder on HD. I think pretty much whenever I use it. If it is the app, I will get a new one. The main concern I have is if it is a windows/conflict problem. Just don't want anything drastic to happen/have to do anything drastic. Sorry I was so vague in the first post.
