Editing a DVD?

I have a dvd that I want to copy but i don't want all of the leading previews in the movie for a better quality main video but i stil want the menus and the other speacial freatures. How do I do this?

Well i used this dvdstripper guide thing and i can't use the menu like the menus are just video. I still want the menus to fully function except for the stuff i took out like all languages except english
