easycrypto deluxe 5.4.0.264 Teknum Systems

Hello All
Does anyone know how to get rid of this program from the system. I have uninstalled it, it returns my trojan detecter finds it now and then, removes it and it returns, I can't find a keygen or patch for it, I am hoping that once it is registered the madness will stop and the program can be saftly removed.
The annoying part is I only wanted to decrypt 10 files from way back, it used to work great then, before this new version and internet connection.
The file in C:\common files seems to be bullet proof.
It is a squatter, it will not leave.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Unfortunately it is not on the list, but some good has come out of your reply, I can still use the same command (msconfig) in xp.
I have spotted a few to get rid of.

Nothing that mentions easycrypto or teknum services in the services part of msconfig,
only cryptographic services? (Is this a sneakey or not?)I will check it out on google, probably nothing, but nothing to lose.

By the way I have shot the thing with Reg Cleaner 6 times today, it just re-appears. It Is Bullet Proof.
