DVD to VCD

Thought i try out ChickenMans dvd to vcd tutoriial [alternative way]. Everthing went find and it made 3 vcd files ,trouble is when i play it the screen is green and no video even though it is playing all 3 files are the same . i went over it again and everthing was done right ,all proper software etc. this is played on windvd and also on my standalone dvd which plays everthing. Any Ideas ??

Did you load in the VCD-Settings.ini file from the folder you have dvd2svcd installed into while setting up dvd2svcd ready for encoding?

I missed that one. Please can we have that useful tutorial again?
