DVD@s 1 and 2 onto ONE DVD-R ?

This is the thing. I have this dvd set, and I want to back it up, and not play the originals. Or at least only occasionally. But I want to take off all the bumf from both disk 1 and 2 and bung both the first part and 2nd of the extended thing together on one DVD. I have already gone down the decryption to dvdmaestro and compile with both. Now how do I take only the movie and put 1 and 2 together ???

lol follow this guide for with maestro and a dual/double sided dvd lets just pretend here that you have used a dual/double sided dvd and got the same results as using 2 disks

i would assume its really the same !? apart from the disk is not flipped just replaced with another
