DVD-R Software

I am new to this,,so here goes.....
I am looking for a program to burn DVD's with.
I have a HP comp with 1.2 gig CPU and 20 gig HDD.
Also have DVD player, and just installed a DVD-R drive.
Can anyone tell me what software I need to burn or rip DVD's????

DVD Decrypter for DVD 5's (single layer) make ISO and write mode to burn

Dvdshrink for DVD9's (dual layers) Make Iso with DVD Decrypter ..then load image with dameon tools ... then open in dvdshrink and then proceed to remove audio and subtitles not wanted .. then back up

Nero to burn movie made from dvdshrink
