Dvd-r recording issue.

Hi guys.

I bought a pack of Printable dvd-r 8x's.
When i tried to play my backup of Final fantasy x, it would freeze during the
Movie scenes. I backed up the dvd movie as well ( the bonus disk which is included with this game) and it would just freeze and unfreeze and freeze and unfreeze! . I am using dvd decrypter (latest version).
I really don't think that its my Liteon 451s drive.
And i know a mate who has made a successful backup of this game, using the dvd-r's that i use.

Could it be the Permanent marker i'm using to lable the games???

thats your problem methinks bad media what dye do they have <> most peeps prefer something like Ritek

umm... they are just white on the top.

You have to check the ID of your blancs with DvdIdentifier to find out if they are supported by your burner...

yep their compatible with my drive.

That's right, unless you decide reporting the actual disk maker.
