i bought a LG GSA-4081B dvd drive about three months ago with a new system and up until two days ago it was working perfectly. but all of the sudden it started taking ages to copy files that usually only take a few minutes and any cds or dvds that it plays have slighty distorted sound and picture. i took it back to the retailer and we tested it and it worked perfectly. so i took it straight back home and tried it again but it didn't work! what the?! i'm not too sure what might be wrong...
