driver winio problem

my apologys if i have posted this in the wrong section....

inlaws just purchased a fujitsu laptop. but having a slight problem when switch accounts i get an error come up which says driver winio not installed correctly. reinstall software. but i havnt got a clue what prog it was.

it only hapens when i switch from hers to his accounts and not vice verser ...

tried google and WinIO seems to be a part of old 16 bit Windows versions;

try to disable "fast user switch", reboot and report, if the problem continues to exist;

whats a fast user switch?

Control Panel / User Accounts / Change the way users log on or off - untick "use fast user switching".
You could also consult your best net friend, namely Google...
