I too have had this problem using XP, uninstalled it in the end as Windows just re-boots every time you use it & WinDoctor picked up a number of errors within the prog folder. There is something wrong with the FOSI version IMO.
One thing is for sure: the FOSI version is more than O.K. (I been using it for a while) the problem must be with your downloads, why don´t you try using flashget?
yeah, FOSI Drive Image is fine, but somewhat that specific prog is very difficult to get from FOSI, much of the time I couldn't get it to download or it went very slow. It took me a lot of persistence to get it. I use FlashGet.
