Daemon Tools 3.10 - got an annoying problem

Im having a small problem with Daemon Tools 3.10

For Virtual CD/DVD Drives - when i set to 1 device - i dont get a drive letter assigned to it, i can mount images to it - but being rather pointless cos i cant view the image content.

If I set to 2 devices or more - i will always get 1 device without a drive letter - the rest will get a drive letter - not sure if its a bug or just my comp.

i don't use it but i keep up with it just in case
i read about a drive letter changer on the site, i wonder if this is why this program was created?? it is suppose to allow you to change the letters assigned to all your drives...just not sure if it will let you assign a drive letter to a virtual drive that does not have one.
