Cut Down an Video Size for Authoring a DVD

Hi im Near The end of chickmans tutorial and i have an error when i try to author the dvd using TMPGEnc DVD Author.

A DVD file size can only 4437 MB but the file size i have created using DVD2SVCD has created one which is 4472 MB.

I had this problem before but i just ignored it. But it wont let me burn onto a dvd-r and it wont let me shrink it in DVDShrink...It says it cannot read the VOB Files.

How can i get this so it will work in DVDShrink or just let me burn onto dvd-r?

Are all the files TMPGEnc DVD Author in a folder called VIDEO_TS (and in capitals) ? If not, Shrink wont/cant use the files.
