i found out this little proggie reading lavasoft's forum, it will block cookies just like ad-watch used to do, but since it doesnt have a ref. file you'll have to teach it for a while but after this your computer will be clean from those spycookies

ps: it wont delete the cookie right after you put it on the delete list so you have to restart it everytime you add a new cookie
