converting multiple mpegs to vcd

I have quite a few short mpegs that I want to convert to VCD and burn onto one disk as separate files so I can put them into dvd/vcd player and view each one as and when i want to. Whats the best way to do this?

It's a hard life being female!!!:p

you could use the merge function of TMPgenc and make one long file, load this into ulead dvd moviemaker and then pic the start of each clip out as a chapter, then burn to vcd, when played in your dvd player you will get your pictures up like a dvd menu and you can go directly to the required clip. Voila:)

If it's just VCD you want, Nero does a good job of this... each Mpeg you add will be a different track that you can foward/skip to with most all VCD compatible home DVD players...

thanks stimpleton i'll give that a go.

IS overload, I have tried using nero but the burn process keeps failing at 6-9%, even when i take clips out, it still fails and I can't work out why. Can you enlighten me?
:)

Well... only a million different possible reasons... does Nero work to burn data and/or audio? Are you using the latest firmware for your model of burner?? Are you using the latest ASPI drivers??? More details would be required... You should re-post your Nero/VCD problem in the CDR troubleshooting forum with as much details (i.e. hardware, software, drivers, version numbers of everything...) as possible... There are a lot of Nero experts that hangout in this forum!

as far as i know i'm using the latest version of nero, i'll give both suggestions a go though. where can i get vcdeasy?
thank you kind people.
