converting MEDIA_SUBTYPE_DTS (0x2001) Dolby Laboratories, Inc to ac3

hi I'm trying to convert som audio so it will be compatible with dvdtosvcd and i can't get the audio to extract using virtual dub becuase it says i don't have the decoder for it. But I did find a decoder that allows the movie to play in WMP just fine I'm not sure what the original codec it called but Gspot calls it MEDIA_SUBTYPE_DTS (0x2001) Dolby Laboratories, Inc. here is what Gpsot gave me about the movie:

AC3Filter does indeed support DTS, however it is a dshow filter and VDub requires an ACM decoder.

You could use ffmpeg to convert. Also ACIDTS or foobar2k.

Surely DVD2SVCD can direct stream DTS though?
