Reading else where, people appear to be getting better results with Nero burning as UDF/ISO rather than selecting DVD-Video.

I have the opposite...if I use anything other than Nero DVD-Video, it won't play in either of my stand-alones.

Generally you should use UDF/ISO9660. Other file systems make sense only if your DVD player does not support UDF/ISO9660.
