this is prob. very simple to a lot of you but i'm very new to exchange; a friend of mine has an email account set up at his client's server, but at the moment he can only access it via webmail which is very slow and cumbersome; i'm trying to set it up for him so that he can send and receive mail via either outlook or outlook express; he's on winxp pro;
i do have the exchange server name, the domain name, his username/password; but i can' seem to get it to accept the connection;
i tried to use the wizard but i didnt see any screen that 'd prompt me for the server name, so that's one missing link that i couldnt figure out.
Setting it up like this, isnt it like setting up a lan or different?
