Update

Well,on one account it cant start exe, second account it can,and it can burn, but still device mannager is empty??

It is supposed to be empty for guests or users with limited managing rights.
Login as Administator (or anyway as superuser with administating rights) and delete any user account you might not need- or move the user in mind to the proper usergroup. Setting autologon at startup is pretty easy, but the procedure depends on if you have installed dot net framework or not.
I always thought that the way XP autosets and manages user accounts is, compared to Windows 2000 both silly and very insecure.

Ok bud,i think you mihjt be right...I installed some aplication for reading a smart cards and it needed a dot net framework so i installed it few days ago..since then i got that login thing at start....
So,how i can login as admin with all rights and delete all accounts.i want to have none..bvut since that is not possible,i think i have to have one ""admin""..How i can do that""""login as admin""???

Simply click "log out zver" or whatever the heck your username is, and on eth login screen you will see an administator icon- or if you use old style login (like me) you have to type on the top box "Administrator" (case sensitive, without the quotes). If you did not set an admin password while installing windows, you will be logged in as Administator with full managing rights.
For security reasons you'd rather keep a second account on-even if this one is an admin one too. Before deleteing a user, backup all his personal data you might need from the /Documents and Settings/{username} folder, because they will be deleted when deleting the user account.
Autologon is a big security compromise (it effectively leaves the system wide open to numerous simple bots), but still if you need it and you cannot manage to set it up with Dot Net Framework installed, let me know...
Oh, by the way the simplest way to manage users AFTER you've installed that stupid framework is opening the short command window (left windows key+R, or start/Run...) and type in "control userpasswords2" without the quotes.

Ok....In the meantime i uninstalled all acoounts and when i click""logoff zver""" he`s bringin me at start login, there is only one account(zver),i click(login),windows start but still windos device mannager is empty???
I also uninstalled that dot framework-just to be sure-until i fix the thing...
Btw,thanks for help bud..
Also,i dont know if this is connected with it,but when i go to win..dows update page,i can select the update, but when i click-install.see the screenshot????
I dont know, but does this smell on reinstall O/S???
I dont know what it could be????didnt install any appz-only that ms framework, everything was working ok......I will not be defending Bill Gates anymore :)

Pretty obvious your zver user doesn't have full admin rights. Go control panel/user accounts and turn off both fast user switching and the "use the welcome screen" option (apply changes), and pray you will have the necessary rights for such a change. Now if you log out you should see the old styled logon box, type on top "Administrator" etc. The Administrator account DOES exist, you just cannot see it...

Zver user is the idiot

Thanks a lot bud..but i got tired and restored a backup..Thanks god for backup proggys... :)
I did try everything,even phoned few friends-no luck,so i restored... :)
Thanks once again.. :)

For anyone else reading this thread there is another way to get the admin password - saves a reformat if you havent made a password recovery disc for xp. Either if you forgot it or never set one when you installed xp.

Check out the attached .doc

Worked for me!
