The claim "ISO multi-session" alone is enough to not take those guys seriously...
I have tried it some seven months ago, I didn't find anything particularly appetizing about it, and never looked at it again. It might appeal to my six-year old daughter, though, with another cartoonish set of icons.

Gets a clean rating from Siteadvisor

I looked at some other interesting stuff (irritating beatbox music though) at softwareclub.ws (not recommended!).
http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/softwareclub.ws - - glossy freeware, but a bad case of WhenU

... Not sure I want all my site visits to be "spied on" by using the siteadvisor toolbar, but it's a good place to check things out - though some reviews disagree with the classification - on how bad some of the "foistware" is.
