CDRWIN doesn't recognize my ASUS 3212A

It lists it under Readers instead of Recorders (That is version 3.9A & 4.0A)

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

You want this specific CDR program to burn BIN/CUE? if so, search for "BIN/CUE" then who knows you may already have CDR program can burn BIN/CUE or you can pick one out of around dozen CDR programs can burn BIN/CUE

You might not be able to do anything but waiting for new version of cdrwin. Or you can try burnatonce, if you wanna burn only bin/cue file. It's easy and simple and complatible with almost cd burner.
