What's the best program to make and print covers for slimline CD-boxes on "normal" paper?

The best?
Well there are many to pick from like SureThing.CD.Labeler, Neato Mediaface, CDR label,Print Designer GOLD.
I tend to use the built in cd cover design in Winoncd and MediaFace.
