cant log in

have done all the needful and even logged in on the main home page but when I come to post a new thread under suggestion it asks me to log in again and then doesnt reconise my handle or pw

Okay..did you register with the user "headcase"?If you did,you are not in the forum database.Try registering again,and use a legit email adress.Also, try clearing your internet cache,and then try to register using this adress www.cdrbase.com
