can't install my software

my computer can't install the software that came with my new
digi cam. it has something to do with the set-up.exe file. Any idea
how to fix it or what other programs can I use to transfer my pics to my computer? thnx.

If you are useing win95, 98 or NT you might need Windows Installer.

Otherwise, try to download new drivers for the camera
