cant initialize aspi manager

You are too scant on details... What OS are you using? Which aspi manager are you referring to? What aspi version are you trying to install? What burning or CD sw do you intend to use it for? Have you searched the msg base for aspi related discussion?

use ForceASPI instead, better then all following Adaptec ASPI versions;
