Can i get my pc to shut at a certain time automatically? i have xp

i wanted to know if there is a way i can get my my pc to shut downdown automatically after a certain time. ie 2 hours. i have windows xp

See at this atachment, it's a very little program (52 kbs) that doesn't need any instalation, don't modify anything in windows, just execute it, and you program the auto power off time. It's in spanish, but very easy to understand....
