Burning .bin files using WinOnCD 5...

A small question to anyone who considers himself a WinOnCD 5 expert: I tried copying a .bin file using WinOnCD, renamed .bin to .raw (I have a raw copy capable recorder) and look there, the copy worked fine. I still have some questions: let's say, a .cue file looks like this:
FILE "Win98.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
When I burn this, I choose
File format: 2352 full sector scrambled
Track format: CD-ROM mode 1
There is also a 2352 full sector unscrambled file format, so which one should I take (I took scrambled and it worked). What's the difference between the two?
If I mount a .bin file using Daemon Tools and make a raw copy using WinOnCD 5, is the copy identical to the mounted file?
Thanks for any help! :)
