burnatonce 0.96 has been released!

The link from cdrcue site is old and incomplete...
Burnatonce will actually go the other way round (the same that is used to the new CDRDAO frontend, Burrrn): converting the .cue file to .toc and decompressing/converting the audio files to .cdda, which are the native CDRDAO formats.
.cdda is preferred over .wav (although it's not the standard RAW audiofile format) because the program has much better control over the decoding procedure when using this one.

The first tests were quite successful, but the feature will be introduced when all possible bugs will be ironed.
Indeed.... it will all be worked out soon. And that is the great thing about BAO..... it is released when it is bug free. Jamie has a loyal group of Beta-testers and Supporters who give him feedback on all his pre-releases. He does not release a new version until he is satisfied that it is free of bugs.

If only all CDR software proggies would do this! ;)

By the way BAO 0.96 decompresses audio now to .wav, and uses .cdda only when it's necessary to do so. No user input is needed, the program decides by itself when a conversion to .wav can introduce problems.
