If Nero or WinOnCD doens not do what you want it to do, then have a look at VCDImager, its at h**p://www.vcdimager.org/

i am now using ulead dvd movie factory for authoring and burning vcds. in my opinion, it's better than nero, i don't know about winoncd coz i haven't used it. i only use nero now for burning cd-roms. go to w*w.vcdhelper.com for the trial version.
