blocks/artifacts in canopus procoder

hy friends.
please help me:

When using Canopus Procoder to encode a video
I see large amounts of blocks/artifacts and
noise In RGB areas of the video, is there anyway to solve this?

all hints and recomendations are welcome.

Simple, use CCE instead !

So the blocking/artifacts are not in the original Video file? What Speed/Quality Mode are you using ?
