One Thing I Dont Understand Is What Does This Mean..!

When My Download Rate Goes To Lets Say -140K What The Minus For..!

It's just 140K... cosmetics aren't the strong point of XBT!
By the way it's also available now as a system daemon, consuming no CPU at all and very little amounts of RAM... but it's accessible only when installed on machines where a webserver with a PHP module is running.
