Once you get Kazaa Lite (search for 'lite', not 'light') try Diet Kaza (only one 'a') When you use that, you not only set spyware/adware-free P2P, there is no bitrate limit on MP3's, and it's possible to exceed all search result and source limits. It actually works very well for me. Just today, there were over 2,600,000 people on line with it sharing files.

be carefull using edonkey, it's used most for downloading software. When I says "be carefull" I refer to the spyware it's built in this program, but you can test if you remove before connectin to the web using a spyware remover like Ad-aware (freeware) or other. I test it, and found slowly, but if you are not very hurry.
WinMX is used most for music, and works a little better in my opinion than eDonkey.
You can find music, soft or progr using one of other program, but as you will see in the forum, one may be more especific for some funtion that others.
I didn't test kaza lite yet..

for software, it's prob. better to request on here :) a lot of guys have everything or know where to get them (mostly).

For movies and stuff, I haven't had any bad experience with kazaa (lite).

I don't know where else is better than kazaa to get music any more; used to be audiogalaxy but, oh well..
