How about CD DAE 99? A friend recommend it.
CDDAE99 is pretty good as it verifies the quality by extracting the tracks twice and comparing the audio data. Also, the program is small (398kb), is very easy to use, and a bonus...it's Freeware.
It's often used in CD-Rom/CDRW/DVD benchmarking articles to show a drive's DAE quality and extraction speed.
I use it in CD-ROM's that Exact Audio Copy won't work properly with (not very many

).
Mind you its not as good as EAC, but it's still a good proggie nevertheless.
