Back-up copy of a Data DVD ?

My friends girlfriend has bought that smashing computer deal at Aldi's - the Medion for £850. And while she's delighted with the software, past experience has told her to backup what she has. And also a good learning curve on her new DVD writer. So how can she go about backing up data to a 4.7 disk ? Is it the same as doing a movie with DVD2One, say ? She asked me, but I didnt have a clue. I presume she's asking as its more than 4.7g I suppose.

Not The same as a Movie just burn a Data disk as u would a CDR but onto DVDR <> U are limited by the size of the DVDR
