Avi audio

Downloaded an avi file(minority report) trying to convert it to vcd but when I loaded it in tmpgenc it doesnt pick up the audio.Tryed doing the audio file with virtual dub and nandub full cmpression mode but no luck ther either.Film plays fine with windvd/wmp.

If u havent already!
Save the audio track (virtualdub or nandub) to a wave file.
Then just load that in as the audio source in tmpgenc.
Ive had this a few times with .avi (divx) and this usually fixes it.
The audio is usually insync but if its not my boss has a fix in his tuts section.

Tryed that already mate this error message comes(jpg attached) up if I use full compression mode. If I save with direct stream copy and load in tmpgenc this message comes up
Index of scan line is out of range(240)

Have seen the DVD here but not the greatest copy. Should have one soon enough though.

Have a read of the DivX to VCD tutorial, I've added a bit at the bottom on how to handle DivX with AC3 audio.

shadoe know what you mean about the quality I've had 3 releases of this so far and they have all been iffy dark quality
