Audio Out Of Time On My Films?

I HAVE TMPGEnc AND NO ALL ABOUT CLICKING OPTIONS THEN ENVI SETTINGS AND ALTERING THE NUMBERS ON THERE. wHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS HOW DO I ALTER THE NUMBERS TO MAKE THE AUDIO IN TIME WITH MY FILM? I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT THE JUST WONT GO UP OR DOWN

Always fine and in sync without altering the environmental settings for me.

I assume that you are talking about converting DivX/XviD AVI's with VBR mp3 audio? Perhaps try frameserving with AVISynth.

Anyway, I'm moving this to the SVCD/VCD forum.
