Hi guys, I have a question concerning AIW 8500DV. I hope you guys can give me some info or else I have to return this card which I don't want to.
In this card, there are two firewire ports which I use for capturing/transfering from DV camera. I've read somewhere that these firewire ports support only IN not out, meaning I can transfer from but not send back video to miniDV. On the other hand I cannot use this firewire ports with any devices that require in-out operation like external harddrive or external burner. I'm not sure if this's true and I only bought this card a week ago so I haven't tried it yet. Can someone who had experience with this card confirm my info? Thank in advance.
