i have just installed it and my amd 2600xp idle was from 37deg to 39deg.but with cpuidle its 34deg.

can u leave this running while playing game?also will it keep it cooler under load?
in task manager it shows 100per cpu usage with this running is that correct?

Software coolers usually screw up CPU load monitoring - since most load monitors simply read the idle time, and the soft cooler converts idle into halt.

That is ALL they do, so if you have a genuine 100% CPU load (eg. games, or folding etc.) then they do NOTHING.
