aspienum.vxd missing

Hi everyone,
I am having a few problems again.
When i start my windows 98se i keep getting this error message.
Cannot find a device file that may be needed to run windows or a windows application.

The windows registry or SYSTEM.INI file refers to this device file but the device file no longer exists.

If you deleted this file on purpose try uninstalling the associated apllication using it's unistalled or setup program.

If you still want to use the application associated with this device file try reinstalling that application to replace the missing file.

can anybody tell me if there is any program i can download to fix this problem.
or can you give me a link to this if possible.

also use AspiChk (same link) to ensure the ASPI layer is properly installed now;
