ASPI installed properly, but a driver failed error (pic included)

Here is a pic of my ASPI problem. Can anybody help me out on this one?

Try eliminating ASPI completely and reinstalling.

use force aspi function of KILL ASPI then reinstall with INSTASPI

Wow, meant to post back much sooner than tonight.

Problem solved with your suggestions! Just did a Force ASPI kill, then re-installed.
