AMD XP 2400+ & ASRock K7S8X Overclock?

Hi, Good to be back....and with a question for you all too!! :rolleyes:

I just set up a lovely new ASRock K7S8X Motherboard with an AMD XP2400+ (2GHz) on a 266 (133) FSB with PC266 256MB Ram and a Geforce 5200FX Grafix card.
I know this is a good Overclockers MoBo, but whats a good Overclock for this board and chip combo, and what should the temperature be for this chip?

It also has a heatsink and Fan(AMD approved) and Im only using the 'Pink Pad' on the heatsink, I haven't applied the silver Paste, Will this help much too?

thermal compound is better than pads.i have the same mobo with amd2600+ but not overclocked running at 38idle 42under load with ut2004.if you are overclocking you will need a decent heatsink and fan.the fan speed i have is 6040rpm.i dont think you will gain much speed with the few mhz you can overclock.
