Alcohol 120%

I have bought & paid for Alcohol 120 % & every time I try
to use it I get a blue screen with an error message to the
effect that it has been shut down & it begins a minidump.So far I haven't been able to receive a solution to from the
Alcohol people.Has anyone had a similar problem,& if so
how can it be solved?....Doyle

1. Do you have the latest version?
2. What other burning programs are installed, or were installed and now removed?
3. Their support forum offers very good support compared to some other commercial programs, do you have your problem submitted there?

Have used it many times myself since the first preview version without any such problems.

Anyway I'm moving this to the Alcohol forum.

If you can give as much info (Burner make and firmware, OS, which version of Alcohol you have and any other burning apps installed on your system) This would help us or the staff at Alcohol support forum...
