Anybody know how to Adjust memory buffer to 57Mb like it suggests?
Im running 256Mb DDR and is that what this is referring to or ???

Clean the pressed medium and try again.
Seems it's either dirty or scratched.
If you are dumping on a FAT32 partition you should pick to span the image to be created, as it would be larger than 4 GB.
Also adjust your buffer, as suggested.
Ah, and copying on the fly as you did is not very sensible, unless you don't object wasting media when something goes wrong.

In Alcohol 120%.... File > Options > Recording > Memory Buffer Size is adjustable from there. Alcoholsoft recommends for you to set your buffer to 40% of your physical memory.... 103mb for you. ;)

But as scarecrow suggested, don't copy on the fly. Too many things can go wrong during the burn to cause you coasters.

Also notices from your screenshot, that you are running Norton AV and a few other unnecessary TSRs. They just suck up your memory and run unnecessarily in the background. Turn them off for best results. Look here for a great little proggie called Enditall. Scroll down to my post for a link. It will make the turnoff process easier.
