There is a free version (lacks ICS support and a few other tweaks)
and a Pro version to try or buy.
Unlike many others, the free version includes ad-blocking (by size or keyword).
An additional plugin (free) is also available to implement address range prohibition - this is "Blockpost", and the Blockpost rules have absolute priority.
PS. I use it on Win98SE - there are suggestions that it is not so happy on Win95, and there are possible trouble spots with XP too.
I can't fully recommend until the much-awaited version 2 is released.
